Waxx Lyrical ships every record with care and clarity. This page explains how we pack, post, track, and support your order — especially when things go off-script.

📦 Shipping
We ship exclusively with Australia Post.

Australia-wide delivery (standard + express options at checkout)

International shipping available to NZ, UK/EU, USA and select countries

Tracking provided on dispatch

We pack using The Stiffy, a custom-designed vinyl mailer from The Grooveman. We’ve done the research and tested the competition — this is the one that wins. Since switching to The Stiffy full-time, we’ve had zero records damaged in transit.

The easiest way to follow your parcel, redirect it, or get status updates is through the Australia Post App. It handles:

💔 Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel turns up damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the record + packaging
We’ll look at the situation and can typically offer a solution and the best outcome we can, which may include:

Replacement (if stock allows)

Store credit or partial refund
-
Discount on a future shipment
If Australia Post caused the issue, filing through the Australia Post App first is fastest.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
We’re a small independent record club — so we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
We can accept returns if:

The item arrived damaged or defective
-
The wrong product was shipped
-
A pre-order cannot be supplied
We cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind
-
Manufacturing quirks that don’t affect playback (slight warp, surface noise, label misalignment)

Records that have been opened/played unless faulty
🎧 Subscription Members
If you’re a club member and need to adjust billing or shipping:

Update address before your next billing date

Payment failures pause shipments until resolved

Cancellations/pauses are done inside your secure billing portal

🧾 Payments
All payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Waxx Lyrical does not store full card details — encryption is handled at the Stripe level.
🌍 International Orders
We ship via Australia Post’s international network. Some countries hand parcels to a local carrier once they arrive.
Customs fees / VAT are the responsibility of the recipient.
