Geese's latest album, Getting Killed, is out now via Partisan Records / Play It Again Sam.

One of our biggest musical obsessions of 2025, and one that's followed us well into 2026, Geese have announced their return to Australia and New Zealand in February and March 2027, bringing their Getting Killed Again tour to some of their biggest headline venues in the region. Presented by Handsome Tours and Laneway Presents, the run follows an extraordinary period for the Brooklyn four-piece, whose ascent from cult favourites to one of contemporary rock's most celebrated bands shows little sign of slowing.

Having caught their Australian debut at Laneway Festival on the Gold Coast earlier this year, we can confidently report that Geese's live show more than lives up to the enormous expectations set by the runaway success of our 2025 Album of the Year, Getting Killed. Their unpredictable, exhilarating performance offered a glimpse of a band operating entirely on its own terms, with a confidence and musical chemistry that made it immediately clear why the world has been paying attention. With sold-out headline shows and festival appearances introducing Geese to a much broader Australian audience, their return offers another opportunity to experience one of contemporary rock's most compelling live acts.

Fronted by the unmistakable Cameron Winter, alongside guitarist Emily Green, bassist Dominic DiGesu and drummer Max Bassin, Geese have spent the past year turning critical acclaim into genuine international momentum. Their achievements include winning International Group at the BRIT Awards, performing on Saturday Night Live and NPR's Tiny Desk, and selling out major international venues, including London's Troxy and New York's Forest Hills Stadium.

Winter's burgeoning solo career has only added to the intrigue, with his distinctive songwriting and remarkable vocal delivery attracting an audience well beyond the band's established following. His remarkable 2024 solo debut, Heavy Metal, and the recently released Live at Carnegie Hall, documenting his sold-out performance at the legendary New York venue, have only added to the considerable momentum surrounding both Winter and Geese.

Don't miss these shows. This is an opportunity to catch one of the most compelling forces in contemporary guitar music at the height of their powers so far, with every indication that their best is still ahead of them. Geese's return promises to be one of the most eagerly anticipated Australian tours of early 2027.
